MOREHBE Services was appointed to provide the structural steelwork and associated items for 1 Bassinghall Avenue, the works comprises of two new core extensions with staircase and balustrade a new plant deck capable of supporting 4no new 10 tonne air handling units.
MOREHBE Services was appointed to provide the structural steelwork and temporary steelwork to enable the alterations to an existing truss at third floor level, the complex works allowed us to install two number temporary 18 metre trusses which using hydraulic jacks unload the truss at third floor which was hanging the first floor slab and re configure the truss.
